- high school diploma preferred or willingness to train
- ability to lift 25 or more pounds
- ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- effective English communication skills
- no sponsorship required
- prior hotel or lodging experience is a plus but not mandatory
- knowledge of custodial equipment use

- effective communication skills including speaking, writing, and understanding English
- experience in hotel or lodging custodial work preferred but not required
- good interpersonal skills and motivation techniques
- ability to foresee potential issues and take preventive actions
- authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
Job Duties
- clean assigned areas according to standards and complete assignments without inconveniencing our guests
- use and maintain custodial equipment such as rotary floor machines, automatic floor machines, carpet extractors, carpet shampooers, and vacuum cleaners
- obtain knowledge of procedures, methods, and product use for all assigned areas of each shift public area cleaning
- monitor the proper use of cleaning products and supplies to prevent misuse
- adhere to Kohler policies and procedures including dress code, professional behavior, attendance, and ethics
- be fully knowledgeable of fire and safety procedures including fire, evacuation, power outage, and guest sickness or death
- perform any other duties upon request
