This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA, meaning all employment matters including hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee.
