While the franchisee uses McDonald’s logos and food products to deliver the classic McDonald’s experience, all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are the sole responsibility of the franchisee. Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
