Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
reliable transportation to and from work
availability to work overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
ability to stand, reach, and lift for extended periods
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-moving, high-energy environment
adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in fast food or customer service is an asset
ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
capability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
reliable and punctual with good time management
basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude
grill, fry, and assemble food items according to Wendy's standards
package and present orders neatly and accurately
handle cash and card transactions efficiently
maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
work as a cohesive team member to support restaurant operations
