Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and maintain mobility for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to push and pull food equipment weighing up to 200 pounds
- Capability to work in extreme temperature environments such as freezers and kitchens
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, grasping, holding, bending
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must follow sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel environment a plus
- Experience in luxury hotel environment preferred
- Passion for creating dishes and storytelling with food
- Commitment to exceptional guest service
- Willingness to learn and grow personally and professionally

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold foods meeting high hotel standards
- Maintain in depth knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques
- Fulfill guest orders promptly with attention to detail
- Work collaboratively in a professional kitchen environment
- Deliver excellent guest service creating memorable moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
