Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and maintain mobility for extended periods during shifts
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to push and pull food equipment weighing up to 200 pounds
  • Capability to work in extreme temperature environments such as freezers and kitchens
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions, grasping, holding, bending
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must follow sanitation and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel environment a plus
  • Experience in luxury hotel environment preferred
  • Passion for creating dishes and storytelling with food
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service
  • Willingness to learn and grow personally and professionally
  • Trustworthy with strong integrity
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare hot and cold foods meeting high hotel standards
  • Maintain in depth knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques
  • Fulfill guest orders promptly with attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively in a professional kitchen environment
  • Deliver excellent guest service creating memorable moments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
