Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred
- ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- capability to lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in various weather conditions indoors and outdoors
- reliable transportation for occasional travel
- willingness to work on-call and flexible schedule
Job Qualifications

- customer service experience preferred
- experience in property management or hospitality is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area
- ensures the comfort of prospects and visitors while waiting to speak with a team member
- answers phone calls and routes them to the appropriate team member
- assists with completed service request callbacks as necessary
- maintains guest suite schedules to ensure proper payment and cleanliness
- manages and coordinates loading dock or elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening
- manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, or other community services
- assists with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs
- keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, and delivery options
- maintains relationships with concierge vendors
