Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare
  • ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
  • familiarity with HIPAA and elder care standards preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally
  • manage front desk operations including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately
  • monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
  • assist residents with requests such as transportation scheduling, appointment reminders, and general information
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery such as maintenance, housekeeping, dining
  • maintain accurate logs and records such as visitor sign-in, package deliveries, resident requests
  • support event coordination and community programming as needed
  • respond to emergency situations calmly and in accordance with facility protocols
  • uphold confidentiality and respect for resident privacy at all time
