Job Requirements
- Responsiveness to GM, board, and homeowners
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Detail orientation with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts (11 pm to 7 am Wednesday through Sunday)
- Ability to manage emergency systems and respond appropriately
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and ensure adherence to uniform and grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property management or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to foster positive interpersonal relationships
- Experience with BuildingLink or similar property management software preferred
Job Duties
- Manage the functionality of all emergency and fire safety systems and procedures throughout the property
- Ensure all emergency phone tree contacts within each property emergency manual are current with valid contact information
- Provide support management in the general operations of the property
- Foster a positive workplace environment with clear lines of communication
- Monitor work order process for open items with follow-through to completion
- Monitor BuildingLink communications
- Meet and direct contractors and service providers on site as needed
- Walk all amenities, grounds, and back-of-house areas on a daily basis, making corrections and recommendations
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent level of cleanliness throughout the property
- Ensure onsite employees are in uniform, name tag, with appropriate hygiene and grooming
- Manages communication channels (BuildingLink) to ensure follow-up and protocol is followed
- Train homeowners on BuildingLink
- Support the concierge team in handling concerns, requests, and problems successfully
- Deliver logistics of packages and perform relevant duties as assigned by the Lead Concierge or GM
- Oversee the concierge desk to ensure all homeowner concerns and communications are monitored and receive a timely response
- Contribute actively to the cleanliness and organization of the building, including all back-of-house, storage, and utility rooms
- Ensure proper supply and cleanliness of all amenity areas
