Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Capable of handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Self-motivated and acts with integrity
- Strong organizational communication and customer service skills
- Experience in healthcare hospitality reception office assistant front desk administrative assistant guest services or security
Job Duties
- Welcome and engage residents guests and fellow associates in person and via telephone
- Answer any questions that residents and guests may have
- Perform regular safety checks of the community
- Monitor security systems including the emergency call system and respond accordingly
- Assist the Business Office Director with clerical assignments
