Job Requirements

- two or more years of relevant experience in hospitality or related fields
- excellent communication skills

- willingness to work overnight shifts and weekends as required

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents with a welcoming demeanor
- personalizing interactions to create positive experiences
- provide timely assistance and solve problems during overnight shifts
- organize front desk logs, package rooms, and club room reservations
- plan and execute community events and activities
- engage residents and prospects through social media
- encourage residents to share positive reviews
- work scheduled shifts including weekends or evenings
