- previous experience in customer service hospitality or senior living preferred

Job Duties
- provide a professional friendly presence at the front desk during overnight shifts
- monitor building security including doors cameras and visitor activity
- assist residents families and team members with questions or requests
- answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
- complete light administrative and clerical tasks
- support emergency procedures and communicate promptly with leadership when needed
