Job Duties
- greet residents and prospects with a warm and professional demeanor
- solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care
- plan and execute events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community
- build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared for community
- manage social media to generate awareness, interest, and excitement
- encourage residents to write reviews on social networking sites
- organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators
- work weekend or evening shifts depending on the schedule
