Job Requirements

  • must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • ability to remain calm during challenging situations
  • ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
  • must be flexible with schedule including weekdays weekends holidays overtime and evening overnight shifts
  • comfortable safeguarding confidential information

Job Qualifications

  • proficient in English speaking reading writing
  • excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • preferred experience in luxury hotel front office concierge or reservations
  • ability to handle difficult situations and guests
  • strong problem solving skills
  • friendly and helpful disposition
