Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Exposure to cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience helpful but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong listening skills
- Problem-solving and empathy abilities
Job Duties
- Answering member questions in person or over the phone
- Completing member check-ins
- Giving new member tours and signing them up
- Cleaning throughout the facility including bathrooms, locker rooms, Black Card Area, and workout area
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards during overnight hours
