Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- ability to work overnight shifts
- strong attention to detail
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain back-of-the-house areas including bathrooms and restaurant outlets
- clean and maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel areas including lobby, hallways, public restrooms, guest and public areas including sidewalks
- clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas ensuring safety compliance
- approach guest and employee encounters in a friendly and service-oriented manner
- attend to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints and refer unresolved issues to supervisors
- check and replenish supplies and cleaning tools
- perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
