Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience in HACCP and SQF Food Safety Systems
- Certified in HACCP, PCQI, and/or SQF Practitioner preferred but not required
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Implementing the blending production plan by pulling correct quantities of full bags and boxes of ingredients according to the production schedule
- Stage and prepare ingredients for efficient mixing operations
- Follow recipes to produce food products of specified flavor, texture, clarity, bouquet, or color
- Monitor gauges, temperatures, and time during the mixture of raw materials according to written formulas
- Partner with the QA/Lab to maintain product specs and ensure food quality
- Clean and disinfect mixing utensils, tools, buckets, and general work areas
- Complete batch documentation with accuracy and legibility
- Work alongside and coach the production team to ensure compliance with SOPs
- Conduct batch testing including pH, Brix, TA, and sensory testing
- Create, review, and file batch records
- Set up, change, and verify production printer prints
- Oversee retainer sample library
- Manage inbound ingredient document control including COA and SDS
- Track production-related chemical usage and inventory
- Perform EMP swabbing
- Capture, prepare, and deliver third-party samples to labs
- Manage equipment calibration program
- Lead corrective action investigation and logging
