Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- some retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- basic technology skills and willingness to learn new tools
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- physical capability to perform tasks requiring lifting and standing
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Build rapport with customers
- display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
- respond to customer questions in an effective manner
- stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
- utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
- follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for customers
- perform duties primarily in the Bakery department
