Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • some retail or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • basic technology skills and willingness to learn new tools
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • physical capability to perform tasks requiring lifting and standing
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Build rapport with customers
  • display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
  • respond to customer questions in an effective manner
  • stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
  • utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
  • follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for customers
  • perform duties primarily in the Bakery department
