Job Requirements
- overnight availability from 12am to 6am daily
- punctual and reliable
- ability to work independently
- prior baking or food preparation experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- physically able to stand for long periods
- knowledge of food safety standards
- able to handle early morning working hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous baking experience preferred
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- good time management and punctuality
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
Job Duties
- bake all the bagels needed for in-house and catering operations
- check catering orders and adjust prep amounts to meet operational needs
- manage baking tasks independently during the overnight shift
- ensure timely completion of all baking before store opening
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and report shortages
- follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
