- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior baking or foodservice experience preferred
- ability to work overnight shifts from 2 am to 10 am
- capable of working independently
- must have good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- able to handle physical baking tasks including lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Bake all bagels needed for daily operations and catering
- bake pastries to meet customer demand
- prepare bacon and hashbrowns
- check catering orders and adjust prep amounts accordingly
- manage time effectively to complete baking before opening
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- work independently with minimal supervision
