Job Requirements
- 1+ year of professional baking experience preferably in naturally leavened doughs
- strong understanding of baking processes including proofing and fermentation preferred but not required
- ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume fast-paced environment
- excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- flexibility to work early mornings weekends and holidays as needed
- a team-oriented mindset and willingness to take direction
- effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare proof and bake a variety of breads following established recipes and production guidelines
- execute baking schedules to ensure all products are ready for delivery on time without compromising quality
- monitor and maintain consistency in taste texture and presentation across all baked goods
- safely operate mixers ovens proofers and other baking equipment
- maintain a clean organized and food-safe workspace adhering to hygiene and safety standards
- work closely with other bakers and kitchen staff to meet production goals efficiently
- identify and address any issues during the baking process to ensure quality and timeliness
