This employment opportunity is with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, independent business owners who operate their own stores and manage their own employees and wage structures. Unlike working directly for Dunkin' Brands, Inc., this position is with a local franchisee who is solely responsible for the employment terms and benefits. Job Requirements

  • Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
  • Willingness to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to follow recipes and operational procedures accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
  • Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift
  • Night, weekend and holiday hours required
  • Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
  • Operations excellence for guest satisfaction
  • Adhere to brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest
  • Maintain a clean and neat workstation
  • Complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
  • Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
  • Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
  • Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies
