Job Requirements

- Meet daily production levels as determined by Kitchen Manager
- Ensures guest satisfaction
- Holds self accountable for responsibilities during shift
- Adheres to safety standards
- Follow uniform standard for Finisher Baker
- Complete all job tasks leaving kitchen clean and organized for next finisher

Job Duties
- Bake and finish the Companys baked good items including donuts bagels croissants etc
- Execute proper pre-bake baking and post-bake procedures in a timely fashion
- Meet daily production levels as determined by Kitchen Manager
- Ensure brand production standards systems are executed on their shift
- Transition to crew position when production levels are complete
- Actively learn and partner with the manager to complete required training
- Support the training of new crew members as requested
- Keep work station kitchen and sink neat clean and clutter-free
- Complete all job tasks required leaving the kitchen clean and organized
- Adhere to safety standards to protect self and others from injury
- Handle all equipment with care
- Keep bakery cases full and attractive
- Assist in back case merchandising
