Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years pastry experience or current culinary student
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
  • Ability to work overnight shifts from 10 pm to 6 am
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift 15-20 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake various pastries and breads according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure bakery products meet freshness and presentation criteria
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
