Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years pastry experience or current culinary student
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 10 pm to 6 am
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 15-20 lbs and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake various pastries and breads according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure bakery products meet freshness and presentation criteria
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
