This opportunity is with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, independent business owners who operate their own locations and are solely responsible for hiring and managing their staff. Job Requirements
- Must be able to work overnight shifts
- must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- must arrive on time and ready to work
- must adhere to cleanliness and food safety standards
- must comply with all franchisee policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

Job Duties
- Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift
- work night, weekend and holiday hours as required
- adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
- ensure operations excellence for guest satisfaction
- adhere to brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest
- maintain a clean and neat workstation
- complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
- prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
- follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
- comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies
