Job Description
This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts / Baskin-Robbins, independent business owners who operate their own stores separately from Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or any of its affiliates. The franchisee independently manages all aspects of employment including wage and benefit programs that may vary among different franchise stores. As such, if you are hired, your only employer will be the franchisee — not Dunkin' Brands, Inc. This position is for a part-time Baker on the overnight shift, which is essential in maintaining the quality and consistency of product offerings at these well-known franchise outlets.
