Job Description
This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts / Baskin-Robbins, not with Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or any of its affiliates. The franchisee operates as an independent business owner, which means that they are solely responsible for their employees, including setting their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees. This means you will be employed directly by the franchisee if hired, and not by the parent company. Job Duties
- Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift

- ensure operations excellence for guest satisfaction
- adhere to brand standards and systems by delivering quality food and beverage
- maintain a clean and neat workstation and complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
- prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
- follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
- comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies
