Job Duties
- Bake and finish baked goods including donuts, bagels, and croissants
- Execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures
- Ensure all products meet quality and guest satisfaction standards
- Meet daily production levels as determined by the kitchen manager
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in merchandising bakery cases and back cases
