This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, which are well-known brands in the foodservice industry, specializing in coffee, baked goods, and ice cream products. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a food service or baking role is a plus
- availability to work night, weekend and holiday shifts
- ability to adhere to scheduled shifts and arrive on time
- capable of maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- must be able to operate restaurant equipment following safety standards
- willingness to comply with all brand and franchisee policies
- strong communication and teamwork skills

- Able to operate restaurant equipment with minimum age requirements as applicable
- possess a strong guest focus to anticipate and exceed guests' needs

Job Duties
- Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift
- work night, weekend and holiday hours as required
- adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
- maintain operations excellence to ensure guest satisfaction
- adhere to brand standards and systems while delivering quality food and beverage to each guest
- maintain a clean and neat workstation and complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
- prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
- follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
- comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies
