Job Description
This job opportunity is with a franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, not the parent company Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or its affiliates. Franchisees are independent business owners accountable for their employees and independently decide on wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchise locations. As such, your employment will be directly with the franchisee who operates the specific restaurant location. The franchisee manages hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day employment responsibilities.
