Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial bakery or food manufacturing setting
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • availability to work overnight shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • strong mechanical skills
  • excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • adherence to safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a baker in a commercial bakery or food manufacturing environment
  • strong knowledge of bakery machinery and equipment
  • ability to work overnight shifts independently
  • understanding of industrial baking processes and equipment
  • mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machinery
  • excellent time management skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
  • ability to lift heavy ingredients up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain commercial bakery equipment and machinery
  • prepare, mix, and bake products following standardized recipes and production schedules
  • monitor and adjust machinery settings
  • troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
  • perform routine maintenance on bakery equipment
  • collaborate with the production team to meet daily quotas and manage inventory
  • maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workspaces
  • conduct quality checks on baked goods
  • ensure proper packaging and storage of products
  • adhere to health and safety guidelines
  • assist in setting up production line for next shift
