Job Requirements

- Execute brand production standards on shift

Job Duties
- Bake and finish the company’s baked goods including donuts, bagels, croissants
- Execute proper pre-bake, baking, and post-bake procedures promptly
- Meet daily production levels set by the Kitchen Manager
- Ensure all products meet quality standards to guarantee guest satisfaction
- Follow brand production standards and systems during the shift
- Support training of new crew members and partner with the manager for training
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols rigorously
- Keep bakery cases full and attractively merchandised throughout the shift
- Handle baking equipment with care to prevent damages
