Job Requirements

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures
  • ability to work in a high-volume fast-paced work environment
  • skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment
  • ability to work overnights
  • occasional day time meetings are required
  • can foresee problems before they occur
  • a leader and role model for the employees
  • previous managerial experience strongly preferred but not required
  • excellent leadership skills
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • must be able to work well with others and train bakers as needed
  • must have your own form of transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • math and financial management
  • restaurant retail or supervisory experience
  • at least 18 years of age where applicable

Job Duties

  • Hire train and develop their employees
  • communicate job expectations to their employees
  • plan monitor appraise and review their employees' job performance
  • provide coaching and feedback
  • disciplines when appropriate
  • create and maintain a quality first culture in the restaurant
  • ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve product level goals
  • maintain safe secure and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety food safety and sanitation guidelines comply with all applicable laws
  • ensure brand standards and systems are executed
  • prepare and complete action plans
  • implement production productivity and quality standards
  • complete visits and implement plans to drive improvements
  • control costs to help maximize profitability
  • execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
  • execute new product roll-outs including team training
  • set labor and waste goals and track results
