Job Requirements

  • Able to work part-time Friday and Saturday overnight shifts
  • must be able to stand and work well-paced for up to 8 hours
  • capable of working overnight hours
  • able to bend, squat, and lift 20 lbs regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to push and pull carts up to 250 lbs occasionally
  • must have good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity
  • able to effectively communicate in the primary language used at the workplace
  • regular attendance and punctuality
  • adherence to hotel rules and regulations
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • two to four years experience in front office, housekeeping, or guest services
  • at least two years night auditor experience preferred
  • proficient computer skills
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • exceptional computational ability
  • ability to handle guest complaints and emergency situations
  • organized and self-motivated

Job Duties

  • Perform all front desk job duties
  • reconcile and complete all daily front desk and outlet work
  • verify all direct bill rooms are set up properly
  • make adjustments to house accounts as needed
  • perform the property management system night audit to change to new day
  • run and distribute reports
  • key in sales into MDR program to report sales to corporate
  • process credit cards and send batch to the bank
  • communicate regularly with accounting regarding balancing issues or report problems
  • handle guest complaints or situations as Manager on Duty
  • communicate regularly with Front Office Manager to address agent errors or retraining needs
  • know all emergency procedures
