Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service attitude and a willing helpful demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
  • Pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand walk and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Adherence to uniform and grooming standards
  • Willingness to work in varied weather conditions
  • Ability to operate two-way radios and communicate clearly
  • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of parking lot operations including vehicle counts ticketing and financial records
  • Reconcile discrepancies between physical vehicle counts and digital or paper logs to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor vehicle entry and exit ensuring accurate logging and ticket matching
  • Use security systems to track vehicle movements and maintain proper flow
  • Identify and report unauthorized vehicles improper parking or any irregularities
  • Complete shift reports detailing tickets issued revenue collected and operational data
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed proper markings lighting and security cameras
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of parking lot including equipment signs cones and barriers
  • Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication active listening and personalized assistance
  • Use proper two-way radio etiquette and maintain clear communication with team members
  • Maintain regular attendance adhere to company policies and uphold PMC standards for parking operations
  • Support evolving business needs by completing other assigned tasks attending meetings and training
