Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service attitude and willing helpful demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand walk and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work overnight weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and grooming standards adherence
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Customer service attitude and a willing helpful demeanor is mandatory
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand walk and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Ability to work overnight weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Effective communication skills including two-way radio etiquette
Job Duties
- Conduct comprehensive audits of parking lot operations including vehicle counts ticketing and financial records
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical vehicle counts and digital or paper logs
- Monitor vehicle entry and exit ensuring accurate logging and ticket matching
- Use security systems to track movements at parking lot entrances and exits
- Identify and report unauthorized vehicles or parking irregularities
- Complete shift reports detailing tickets issued revenue collected and operational data
- Maintain logs of vehicle arrivals and parking operations
- Conduct regular parking lot inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed including proper markings lighting and security cameras
- Respond to security concerns and ensure parked vehicles are secure
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the parking lot ensuring equipment and safety items are in good condition
- Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication active listening and personalized assistance
- Use proper two-way radio etiquette maintaining clear communication with team members
- Maintain regular attendance adhere to company policies and uphold PMC standards
- Support evolving business needs by completing other tasks attending required meetings and training maintaining schedule flexibility
