This job opening is for the position of Overnight Assistant Operations Manager at a hotel, where the selected individual will serve as the Manager on Duty during nighttime hours. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of front office experience
- 2-3 years of progressive hotel rooms management experience preferred
- ability to work overnight shifts
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- knowledge of hotel audit procedures
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- availability to work weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- problem-solving aptitude
Job Qualifications
- 2 years of front office experience
- 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (preferred)

Job Duties
- Maintain professional and healthy relationships with all departments within the hotel
- assist in covering rest and meal breaks for overnight staff
- respond to a variety of guest and colleague requests
- perform all audit procedures as set forth by the hotel and company, periodically as needed
- lead by example and with a sense of ownership
- quickly correct safety concerns and ensure guest and colleague safety
- address any guest concerns while ensuring the proper follow up is delivered
- lead the effort for colleague engagement during our night shifts
