Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in hospitality or guest relations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work overnight and flexible hours
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Capability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

  • Oversee guest relations coordinators, researchers, taskmasters, hosts and concierge teams during overnight shifts
  • Act as Manager on Duty when required
  • Provide on the job training and mentoring to staff to enhance guest service
  • Assist Guest Relations Managers with day-to-day operations of the Guest Relations Center focusing on reception, check-in and check-out processes
  • Oversee overnight hotel operations ensuring smooth functioning
  • Handle special guest requests including VIP and personalized services
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and problem resolution
