Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee guest relations coordinators, researchers, taskmasters, hosts and concierge teams during overnight shifts
- Act as Manager on Duty when required
- Provide on the job training and mentoring to staff to enhance guest service
- Assist Guest Relations Managers with day-to-day operations of the Guest Relations Center focusing on reception, check-in and check-out processes
- Oversee overnight hotel operations ensuring smooth functioning
- Handle special guest requests including VIP and personalized services
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and problem resolution
