Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in guest services or front desk operations
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues
- Willingness to work full-time
- Ability to work in New York City location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years experience in guest services or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and influence team members
- Experience in managing customer service operations
- Knowledge of front office policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Assist the Front Office Manager in daily front office functions
- Supervise and manage front office employees including Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Lead and encourage team members with integrity and respect
- Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts
- Monitor departmental goals and service quality
- Implement and enforce front office policies and procedures
