Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required, on-the-job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • Ability to work overnight shifts from 9 PM to 5:30 AM including weekends
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • Ability to comply with company and regulatory safety and security standards
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning and security tasks in aircraft interiors

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • One year of similar work experience preferred
  • Ability to follow safety and security protocols
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain all interior areas of the aircraft including crew rest, bunk areas, lavatories, galleys, and cabin provisioning
  • Conduct security searches of designated aircraft following company, client, and regulatory policies
  • Ensure safety cards are correctly placed in each seatback and linens and headsets are properly provisioned
  • Remove all debris and maintain cleanliness of aircraft interiors
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
