Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required, on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 9 PM to 5:30 AM including weekends
- Willingness to work overtime
- Ability to comply with company and regulatory safety and security standards
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and security tasks in aircraft interiors
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer service experience preferred
- One year of similar work experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety and security protocols
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all interior areas of the aircraft including crew rest, bunk areas, lavatories, galleys, and cabin provisioning
- Conduct security searches of designated aircraft following company, client, and regulatory policies
- Ensure safety cards are correctly placed in each seatback and linens and headsets are properly provisioned
- Remove all debris and maintain cleanliness of aircraft interiors
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
