Job Requirements
- Over the age of 18 years old
- Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have at least 2 years of strong in-person customer service experience
- Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment for the entire shift
- Possess an active in-state driver's license (No Restricted Permits or Probationary Licenses)
- Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well-spoken and professional
- Able to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to de-escalate difficult situations
- Valid in-state driver's license with no restrictions
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting moderate weights
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles
- May assist patients and visitors in the parking garage with parking equipment, payment kiosks, or wayfinding as needed
- This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements, including severe heat, cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather
- Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient's vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service
- Daily use of apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
- Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first-class customer service
