Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to work overnight shifts from 10pm to 6am or 9pm to 5am
- capable of standing for long periods
- must have reliable transportation
- able to handle food safety and sanitation procedures
- able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not required
- ability to work overnight shifts
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented setting
- willingness to learn and grow with the company
Job Duties
- greet guests and assemble orders accurately
- prepare and produce bagels and assorted baked goods
- maintain a neat and organized workspace
- stock the store to prepare for peak volume
- provide exceptional customer service throughout the shift
- learn and operate Tailgaters side of the business
- work overnight shifts efficiently
