Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong attention to detail
- ability to multitask effectively
- understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- good physical stamina
- knowledge of cross-contamination prevention is a plus
- no prior experience required
- full on-the-job training will be provided
Job Duties
- operate and monitor large industrial ovens and a proofer box
- document bake times, bread weights, and loaf heights accurately
- safely remove hot bread from pans and flip onto racks for cooling
- maintain awareness of oven and proofer temperatures, adjusting as needed
- follow all food safety, hygiene, and cross-contamination prevention protocols
- keep work areas clean and organized, including routine cleaning of equipment
- communicate with team members to coordinate workflow and maintain production efficiency
- perform additional related tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor
