Job Requirements

  • Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality
  • Previous experience in server, waiter, bartender, hospitality, customer service, golf retail, general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor or recreational roles
  • Ability to manage staff recruitment, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide hands-on assistance to golfers
  • Capability to respond professionally to member inquiries and last-minute changes
  • Proficiency in time management systems

Job Qualifications

  • Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality
  • Previous experience in server, waiter, bartender, hospitality, customer service, golf retail, general retail, landscaping, sales, valet, firefighter, EMS personnel, or other outdoor or recreational roles may be considered
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with golf operations or willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support outside service staff to ensure efficient and courteous service
  • Promote golf and club activities through positive interactions with Members and Guests
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs to ensure staff are well-prepared and professional
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and budgeting for department employees
  • Provide hands-on assistance to golfers, including loading bags, cleaning clubs, and preparing them for play
  • Ensure post-round services are delivered, such as club cleaning, cart check-in, and assistance to vehicles
  • Coordinate with other golf operations staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and verify employee time reporting using the time management system to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Respond professionally to Member and Guest inquiries, including last-minute requests and changes
