Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- current food handler and alcohol server certifications as required by state and city regulations preferred
- completion of Invited's F&B service training program preferred
- ability to stand walk and perform physical activities for extended periods
- ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with exposure to dust fumes or gases
- capable of climbing squats kneeling reaching grasping twisting bending and folding as required
- able to lift carry push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- effective communication skills including talking hearing and visual acuity

Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of service following Invited F&B training program
- provide food and beverage service to members and guests executing orders in a timely manner
- ensure complete knowledge of the a la carte menu including daily features and specials
- greet members by name providing a warm welcome
- assist fellow employees ensuring seamless guest experience through teamwork
- handle member and guest complaints with service recovery techniques
- complete daily assignments and side work keeping work areas organized clean and well-stocked
- follow club standards for cleanliness organization and safety
- support management by completing additional duties as assigned
- assist others as needed and take on tasks assigned by management
- follow company club and department policies procedures and instructions
- maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence
- follow safe working practices ensuring compliance with safety guidelines
- take initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain required certifications
- address and resolve challenges using available resources working with regional and corporate teams
- attend daily briefings and engage in required activities
- wear a clean neat uniform that meets club standards
