Job Requirements

  • Education or experience preparing for B2B direct sales or project management in equipment industry
  • Physical ability to perform bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 25 pounds
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors as required
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed

Job Qualifications

  • B2B direct sales experience
  • Project management experience within the equipment industry
  • Knowledge of power generation and testing equipment
  • Strong new business development skills
  • Excellent customer retention capabilities
  • Effective presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Generate profitable sales from the Pump & Power division's equipment fleet
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships
  • Conduct presentations and business reviews with management
  • Manage projects and customer accounts effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Understand and promote the use of commercial power equipment
  • Perform physical tasks related to equipment handling as needed
