- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Proven success in B2B outside sales
- Experience in ingredients, food & beverage, flavor, nutraceutical, or Ag-related industries strongly preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with excellent time management
- Ability to travel regionally and occasionally for national events

Job Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand accounts and grow market share within assigned territories and customer segments
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships and serve as a trusted resource on product capabilities, formulations, and applications
- Identify opportunities with existing and prospective customers to exceed revenue targets
- Conduct on-site visits, product presentations, plant tours, and customer meetings as needed
- Collaborate with internal operations, production, and technical teams to support customer needs and ensure high service levels
- Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM updates, and sales reporting to management
- Monitor industry trends, market activity, and competitor dynamics
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed
