Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years in outreach or program management
- Experience working with underserved populations
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Commitment to the mission of ending homelessness
Job Qualifications
- Experience in outreach program management or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of homelessness and community support services
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of funding and grant management
Job Duties
- Work with the Director of Operations to grow and improve outreach programs
- Support and manage existing funding streams
- Maintain and build client and partner relationships
- Identify new opportunities for program expansion
- Hire, onboard, and schedule staff to ensure program coverage
- Manage staff performance and well-being to maintain a healthy team
- Oversee the execution of Street Outreach, Workforce Development, and Work Local programs
