Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or related certifications
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Preferred experience with workforce development and knowledge of skilled trades and apprenticeships
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance
- Previous experience with federal and state-based programming such as FSET, WIOA, and other DOL and DWD programs desired
- Thorough knowledge of standard computer programs including Microsoft Office
- Project management experience
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work comfortably with diverse customers in individual and group settings
- Understanding of participant barriers and guidance skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
- Some knowledge of urban program implementation and training
- Knowledge of construction industry and Wisconsin apprenticeship system helpful
- Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 20 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related certifications
- Preferred experience working with workforce development, skilled trades, apprenticeships, and training programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in individual and group settings
- Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of construction industry and state apprenticeship system helpful
- Project management and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to ethical conduct and professional behavior
Job Duties
- Provide direct outreach, recruitment, and selection of program participants
- Coordinate recruitment activities with staff, members, partners, and volunteers
- Facilitate weekly orientation sessions ensuring effective delivery and participant engagement
- Manage case management and data follow-up for orientation attendees including documentation and tracking
- Respond to community requests for information, presentations, and participation at events
- Facilitate informational meetings targeting low-income, underserved, and marginalized residents
- Assist with development and implementation of program components such as apprenticeship preparation, tutoring, and certifications
