Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • At least 2 years of relevant community outreach or program leadership experience
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the Front Range including weekends
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and logistics effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass background check and maintain a clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • Completely fluent in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 2 years of experience leading community outreach or mission-driven programs
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects, budgets, and track progress toward program goals
  • Experience building partnerships with municipalities or community organizations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to off-site events
  • Must pass background check and maintain a clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Lead community outreach and event strategy to expand program participation and impact
  • Build partnerships with contractors, tradespeople, labor groups, businesses, and community groups
  • Drive onsite conservation impact by hosting bilingual events at the Materials Reuse facility
  • Translate marketing materials and website content to Spanish ensuring clarity and cultural relevance
  • Attend community events to represent Resource Central and engage with attendees
  • Distribute funding by reviewing and facilitating approval for needs-based donations or discounts
  • Foster inclusion by ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all community members
