Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • minimum of 2 years experience in community outreach or related field
  • strong project coordination and budget management skills
  • experience establishing partnerships with community or municipal organizations
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with clean driving record
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • background check clearance

Job Qualifications

  • Completely fluent in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication
  • at least 2 years of experience leading community outreach or mission-driven programs
  • proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and track progress toward goals
  • experience building partnerships with municipalities or community organizations
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Lead community outreach and event strategy to increase program participation and conservation impact
  • build partnerships with contractors, labor groups, businesses, and community groups
  • drive onsite conservation impact by hosting bilingual events at the Materials Reuse facility
  • translate marketing materials and website content into culturally relevant Spanish
  • attend and represent Resource Central at community outreach events throughout the Front Range
  • distribute funding through managing requests for donations or discounts
  • foster inclusion by ensuring all community members feel welcomed and valued
