Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- minimum of 2 years experience in community outreach or related field
- strong project coordination and budget management skills
- experience establishing partnerships with community or municipal organizations
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with clean driving record
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- background check clearance
Job Qualifications
- Completely fluent in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication
- at least 2 years of experience leading community outreach or mission-driven programs
- proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and track progress toward goals
- experience building partnerships with municipalities or community organizations
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Lead community outreach and event strategy to increase program participation and conservation impact
- build partnerships with contractors, labor groups, businesses, and community groups
- drive onsite conservation impact by hosting bilingual events at the Materials Reuse facility
- translate marketing materials and website content into culturally relevant Spanish
- attend and represent Resource Central at community outreach events throughout the Front Range
- distribute funding through managing requests for donations or discounts
- foster inclusion by ensuring all community members feel welcomed and valued
